Still not received my item after 1 week and also tried to contact you and poor telephone service no live speak either very disappointed

I received a card through my door on Saturday between 1. & 3 pm. On this card I was told they would try again later. I stayed home from 3.15 until I went to bed and no further attempt to deliver was made. I had called the mobile number from the text message and it went immediately to voice mail on both tries. I sent a text requesting the package be left in ashes in the back garden. Nothing!,!!! Called the number again and it went immediately to voice mail. Very very poor service.

I ordered and paid for two cat flaps and although the paper in the parcel said quantity 2, there was only one cat flap in the package. I tried to phone the company on a number of occasions and not once did anyone answer their phone even when left to ring and ring and ring. I also sent a message on the website and I'm still waiting for someone to respond. I have since reported this to paypal.

Took nearly 4 weeks for my cat flap to arrive. I had to chase up my order a couple of times and calls were not returned. If an item is not in stock it should clearly state this on the website as I could have ordered the same product elsewhere and got it much sooner. Would not recommend.

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Catflaps. I ordered a catflap to be delivered to the hotel in Birmingham my friend was going to stay before bringing the package back to me in South Africa. After ordering my friend had to cancel her trip to Birmingham. I contacted Catflaps to try and change the delivering address. Rob in sales told me it was already send off by post and the delivery address could therefore not be changed. I subsequently discovered the package was send by courier (Yodel couriers) which meant that it would have been possible to change the delivery address. I traced the package on Yodel's website which indicated that it was delivered. I contacted the hotel who told me that they did not receive the package. I contacted Yodel who indicated that they delivered the package before 8 in the morning and that someone OUTSIDE the hotel signed for it. I am still waiting for them to come back to me with more info about who signed for it. Meanwhile the package is still missing and my friend is back in South Africa. If the package is found it will cost me some more on top of all the phone calls I now already have had to make. I am very disappointed with Catflaps and Yodel

I ordered a catflap from catflaps.co.uk but i was dismayed by the very poor delivery time. Its been nearly a week and i still have not received my order. Therefore the delivery time stated will not convince all consumers and in my opinion catflaps.co.uk should get their act together and expedite the delivery service or i'll think twice before buying from them again....

I can confirm your item was despatched to you on the 13th April via Yodel. I have just tracked you delivery and it is due out for delivery today 16th April. This order arrived missing an infrared key for the cat flap. Although I have emailed customer service they have not even been in contact.

I consider the services of this shop very poor for the purchase I have made. I ordered 2 items mid December 2014 and was assured it will arrive first week of January. This was important, as one of the items was a cat flap for a door we had to keep open all the time and was cooling the house down and wanted to avoid the heavy winter temperatures and loss of heat in the house and waste of money on heating as a result! As the weeks kept passing I was given new delivery dates, but none turned out to be true. The items eventually arrived at the end of January 2015 and we weren't even offered a discount/money back or free shipping. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from here again. Such a shame! Turns out the cat flap was still at the manufacturers, being safety checked (for 6 weeks!!!!), but the fact that this item was out of stock at the shop was not included on the website, so major attention to this and if you need something urgently, then I recommend you call them first!!! I would have purchased from somewhere else had I known.

I purchased this cat flap after being informed that it would cover the hole in my Conservatory side - but it isn't large enough, so I have had to leave my present cat flap in place. And I thought I was saving my cat flap to use in our next home and save myself about £55? But, no, I shall have to buy or trade in the one I have at the same company. What a wasted time this was.

Sorry to hear you have experienced problems. PayPal are the payment processors, you don't need an account with them. They will process all major credit and debit cards. If you prefer, we can process the payment over the telephone.
