“i am really not able to pass comment on customer service,as i haven't recieved the goods that i ordered at this moment in time.the latest update i recieved from yourselves was dec.6th. stating that goods had been shipped to my address.as it is near christmas i realise that the postal services often get backlogged, si i must make allowances for delays.”

As you may have seen on the news delivery companies have been struggling this year following the popularity of Black Friday & Cyber Monday as well as the seasonal time of year. “i ordered a catflap on sunday night but still not arrived i cant seem to track it there is no tracking number, iv done what the site said about tracking but there is nothing that says tracking number!”
