Plastic screws and one broke on insulation. The magnetic strip at the bottom is not strong, one bit of wind and the flap blows open and all you get is a cold draft from the back door. Sorry but I would not recommend this product.

The screw holes are too close to the inner edge of the frame which risks crumbling away from whatever it is fixed to. The lack of an external flap means that rain and snow will collect in the entrance, which is undesirable for me as well as my cats! This was not apparent on the advert. On a more positive note, it is quite sturdy

I don't know if it's just because the cat flap is new but when it's open it doesn't swing and close it just stays open, so when the cats coming back in she has problems as its not fully closed.

We fitted the micro chip cat flap to keep next doors cat out but since fitting the rogue cat has been in. This is due to the green tab that would normally always be in the lock position allowing our cats microchip only to release, being in the down position on occasions and not popping back up.

Ordered on web said 2 days after a week emailed back with no response. 10 days later rang to be told it was not in stock but would be with me wednesday. That was the last day in the house beofre i moved and it never turned up that day. As i no longer live at the address bo idea if it was ever sent ot not.

The item was sent to the wrong address as a mixture of two addresses were Written on the parcel and driver could not find the house . And secondly Wood grain finish was ordered but grey delivered , by this stage could not Be bothered to return the item so poor on all fronts !!!

Item arrived in a very battered box- it looked second hand!! Packaging very poor for the price I paid for the item. Tried to call to complain but no answer or voicemail service. Although item is ok I won't use this company/website again.

Communication is really bad. We emailed and called and couldn't get an answer as to when the product would be delivered. For an online business it was slow.

I ordered my cat flap in November and have been waiting for it ever since. I have emailed the company for help, rang for assistance but on all occasions had no positive response. I have got in touch with Yodel who tell me they have picked it up from the company but it is at the Bristol depot , this was 23rd November and I can't get anyone to help me receive my purchase.

I ordered a Dog Flap on 1st December and it actually arrived 18th December - 3 weeks of wind howling through my back door. It would have been more expensive to have bought it locally, but I would probably saved on my heating bills. Only plus is that Customer Services (Matt) was extremely helpful and efficient.

It took a long time for our order to arrive and we will be returning it as we had to source a new one in the mean time. We also were not informed that the original parcel had been lost by Yodel until we enquired as to the delay. Poor communication and service.

For some reason the catflap doesn't close on entry or exit which is still allowing the stray cat to come in and pester my cat. The flap seems rather stiff and not 'flapping'.

Very difficult to programme, so far my cat has not not been able to use, either stays locked or continually flashes, cannot trust to leave unlocked whilst out incase cat cannot get back in!

We are quite disappointed by the quality of the product not by the delivery. We bought the same some years ago but when we came to change the flexible flap it was slightly shorter and therefore it stays open especially when it's windy. We are extending the kitchen and because of this problem we had to buy a new cat-flap to avoid the problem of the wind. This is already bad enough. On top of this we have discovered that the rigid flap that closes it now it's made of plastic, while before it was metal. Fortunately we have the old one because I fear this one won't last very long. It's much worse quality. So we wouldn't recommend this make.

I found your website extremely difficult to fathom out and I was only using it as my behaviourist insists that I get this type of harness through you. At the moment I am unable to make this harness fit my dog so will have to wait till the behavourist can adjust it for me. I have read your instructions which are fine - I think my dog shape is difficult when fitting harnesses - he is a crossbred.

Took ages to get here because you use Yodel who are hopeless. Now fitted, they're not working properly. I asked a question about this and you responded by wondering if I was I'm stupid enough to try to force the cat flap into a hole too small for it. I've replied to this mail from you and given you time to try again, but you haven't. Really not impressed so far.
