“My order was processed and progressed to shipped in just a few minutes. The website and emails were efficient. It was delivered by Royal Mail on the 3rd working day afterwards. Undamaged but was just in a plastic bag. Overall, a good service but I was lucky with condition on delivery.”

“ordered replacement flap for petsafe dog door, order never showed up, contacted by e-mail regarding this, and mr rob howe sent out a replacement by courier on 24hr delivery, received that item, still no sign of original one ordered. lost in post I assume, but as said company very quick to sort this out, and very pleased with product sent,, highly recommended..”

“Prompt delivery, excellent product. I had one of the original PetPorte catflaps in 2006 which has only just given up the ghost. This newer version has a battery back-up which is a great improvement as I used to worry that a power cut would leave my cats trapped outside. How about a remote control on future models...?”

“The aluminium dog door was of good quality and of ease to fit, our only problem was our pvc door which has mouldings on it we had to drill extra holes into the frame of the door which worked fine. 2 hours later and plenty of silicon due to having to slice off mouldings it looks fine and it has been put to good use by our very boisterous dog. If you don't have a flat door be prepared for it to take time to fit.”

Sorry to hear you have experienced problems. PayPal are the payment processors, you don't need an account with them. They will process all major credit and debit cards. If you prefer, we can process the payment over the telephone.
