“Cat flap looks ok, but it was sent to the wrong house. I wrote number 37, but it was sent to 34. Number 34 was away, so it was left on the door step and was taken in by another neighbour. Took us a while to track it down, which was rather inconvenient.”

“The catflap was very competitively priced and arrived quickly. Sadly a piece of it was broken, so it was not safe to install as the cat might have injured herself on it. I emailed the seller and very quickly a replacement was sent which is perfect. Would buy from seller again.”

“I haven't used the new doors yet, they are for an extension, but they will be fine as they are the same model as the cats are already using. The service from catflapsuk is excellent. They arrived very quickly, well pakaged, and for a very good price. I'll definitely use them again if I need spare parts or replacements.”

“I found this item to be fairly easy to fit, just a bit of common sense and perseverance will make your cat flap ideal for your home. I have a very nervous cat who will only go into my garden and venture no further, by the end of the day i had fitted the cat flap my cat was already poking his head through the hole. The instructions to getting your cat use to this device were spot on and helped dramatically.”
