“Service excellent - arrived just a day after ordering - instructions fairly clear, fitted it myself and would advise making sure you had all the appropriate tools (which are identified) before starting to fit the flap. Very pleased with it, as are my cats and dog. Thank you.”

“Having given this company 5 star review a couple of days back, I now need to revise that feedback. When the cat flap arrived the magnetic catch didn't work so I emailed them. They told me to contact the manufacturer for advice or replacement. I don't think so! I reminded them that as I had purchased it from them they were responsible to ensure what they are selling is fit for purpose. They have now agreed that I should return it to them for a refund. I should think so too!”

“Excellent customer service. I placed an order for a cat flap and then realised I had forgotten to order a tunnel extension. I emailed them and asked if they could add it to my order. Unfortunately there wasn't one to fit the cat flap I had ordered so they put my order on hold so I could decide what to do. When I finally confirmed the order they sent it straight away and it arrived the next day. Best price out there too !”
