“I really like the odor control with the Cat Spot litter. There is a little bit of problem with tracking but still probably less than with other litters. I really like being able to compost the litter in my yard.”

“Some how my shipment was lost or the label torn off. Called 5 days after I received notification of shipment to be told this. Ok it happens, but make it right. I am stilling waiting for my cat litter that was supposed to ship on the 12th and am being told that it will arrive on the 22. REALLY you can’t send it overnight?! Almost 2 weeks later. This is just one of many issues. Thinking that this is strike 3 catspot. Where is the manager and customer service? Oh I called and they didn’t call back, I had to call them back for a second time to see where the litter was.”

“I like the clumping litter. I just wish it didn't track so much. I have 5 young cats in a large room and soo much gets tracked around that the top of their water dish is covered with floating litter when they wash off their paws. I have to vacuum every few days which freaks them out.”

I am going to try the non clumbing little next. I had no issues with my cats switching to CatSpot litter.”
