“I’ve been using this product for years. I like that it’s all natural. The only problem I have with it is that they don’t shred the coconut enough. Every order comes with huge clumps that hasn’t been shredded. So the urine doesn’t soak up with the clumps. I’ve complained but nothing is ever done about it. It’s only gotten worse. The first several bags I got in the begining were perfect. I haven’t had a bag like that since.”

“I do like how light it is with no dust-ups when I'm filling the box or sifting. I like the color and the look of the softer material, almost like sawdust. The downside is that when I try to scoop it up, it just falls apart and much ends up right back in the box. I know clumping clay litters are bad for kitty and hoped this would be the solution. Also, Kitty doesn't like how it gets all over her paws, so when she is finally outside the box, she shakes her feet, tossing residue everywhere. (She's a longhaired Ragdoll.) My solution so far is adding some of the clean low dust litter in with it. She's taken to that pretty well, but the other issues are still apparent. I'm not totally throwing in the towel on the product yet though. I like the idea of it well enough to try and troubleshoot a bit longer.”

“Okay I really love the idea but this stuff gets everywhere! I mean tracked everywhere way worse than regular or crystal litter. I feel it does work smell wise but again I have to vacuum every day and that’s just not going to work. I also use a top entry litter so they have to jump up onto a grate and it still gets tracked all over the house. Should have just tried one bag first.”

“Seem to be that they have an issue with sealing the bags. About every other one is open and spilling in the shipping box.”

“The bags commonly have a small tear upon delivery at one of the corners and it makes a little mess. My last package had a major tear at the seam in the middle and a lot of it came out. Customer service did the right thing and told me they’d send me a replacement bag. Other than the recent packaging issues, this product delivers!”

“My cats like it better than I do! I find that I need to empty it completely at least once a week. Yes, I stir and stir, but it really holds the ammonia smell more than regular scoop littler. But they like it and as long as I empty the whole thing every week, I can get by.”

“I love the actual product but the packaging quality has been poor in my last 5-6 shipments. There is loose litter in the box and it comes spilling out of the bag when it's picked up. I wouldn't even mention this if it was occasional but it seems to be a newly consistent problem.”

“Love the litter. I have been disappointed with late deliveries and had to resort to buying clay litter at the store. May have another cat coming this summer, so we will see how it goes.”

“Love that it's organic and my cats seem to really enjoy using this, however this has the worst order control ever. After the cats using the litter even once it smells like urine. I have never experienced that with any other litter. I have started to mix with pine pellets to see how that works.”

“I’ve been a customer for a few years now. I’ve noticed in more and more of the bags I receive that there are large chunks of coconut fibers. (Like a tumble weed) It appears that they didn’t shred properly when going through the machine. A clump here and there is fine. But I’m seeing it more and more. And I have to break them apart or just toss out the chunks. Just wondering what has changed cuz I’m wasting litter over here.”

“I do love this product mostly because it is biodegradable. But because it is so light it goes everywhere in our bathroom, we have tried numerous things, a deep litter box, space carpet, door mats, and even cat litter box mats. The cleaning is ok, but smell of ammonia can get really bad so I use baking soda with it to extend litter weekly.”
