“I bought a voucher for my sister-in-law on-line as living in South West France it was very difficult for me to get in to the shop to purchase it over the counter. I have since learnt that she is not able to spend the voucher in the shop (she lives 3 miles from Oakham) and is obliged to spend it on-line. I am obviously disappointed with this service.”

“I saw these shoes months before making the purchase. I have small, narrow feet, so buying shoes online has often been unsuccessful and disappointing. They are a totally perfect fit. I am delighted with them.”

“Clear and helpful website. I wanted to buy my wife some boots as a Christmas present. They had them on line but to be sure I wanted to collect them from their Oakham store. Entered the order called the store and they could not have been more helpful. When I arrived at the store later that day they were waiting for me ready. Great service and charming staff.”

“The service was outstanding. I had ordered the wrong size shoes by mistake. I contacted Cavells in a panic as I wanted them for Christmas, the service I got was outstanding, and I got the replacement shoes the next day! Thank you”
