“Sent the wrong item to me in error. Attempted to use the online form to contact Cavells without success. However subsequently received a phone call from customer services to apologise for the error and offer to refund return postage costs as well as a gift voucher to use on future shopping. The extremely polite and generous phone call has changed my opinion of this company. Still disappointed not to receive the shirt that I ordered (now out of stock) but cant fault the personal touch of the phone call.”

“Wonderful quick service when phoning to order a blouse. Unfortunately it was not suitable so had to return for refund which they dealt with expertly without fuss within 24hours of receipt. Would have no hesitation buying from them in future...”

“AMazing customer experience. Called through about a jumper I’d seen. They identified the one I wanted. Wrapped it and got in the post to me ASAP and arrived at 8am the next day. So helpful. And so nice. Really professional and really warm approach. Makes shopping and spending large amounts of money pleasurable. Thank you!”
