“I have never used this company before. I can honestly say that their customer service was excellent, phoning me immediately when one of my items was out of stock and making good suggestions for replacement. The order arrived beatufully packaged and on time, even during the mail strike. I will definately use them again and drop in when i am next in Oakham. BRAVO FOR EXCELLENT BRITISH CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“Excellent service, recently I was unsure which size I should order line and when I telephoned to enquire about sizing the team at Cavells couldn't have been more helpful. Cavells have a fabulous range of clothes, shoes and accessories together with a very helpful team. At work I am a Customer Service Director - Cavells gets top marks from me.”
