“I was really impressed with the postal service used by cavells. They keeped me well informed with the tracking of my parcel and delivery time which fell exactly to the date and time they gave. I am also very happy with my shoes and the website was really easy to use.”

“Excellent customer service! I ran into this website by chance, as I was desperately looking for a bag, and I'm sure I'll come back again! The bag came in in just three working days, super fast, no flaws of any kind on neither the bag nor the parcel, and it simply looks stunning, just as advertised. I absolutely recommend buying from Cavells, and I'm pretty sure I will do it myself.”

“AMAZING service....if only all businesses in uk operated like Cavells...... I called to make a telephone order as dislike Internet shopping. The lady I spoke to asked for my details and advised me that the manager would called back. She did, promptly as was so professional and made the whole process just seamless and careful. The delivery company were fabulous too. Has been a delight. Wore the product last night for first time and love them; Thankyou Cavells.”
