“Clear and helpful website. I wanted to buy my wife some boots as a Christmas present. They had them on line but to be sure I wanted to collect them from their Oakham store. Entered the order called the store and they could not have been more helpful. When I arrived at the store later that day they were waiting for me ready. Great service and charming staff.”

“The service was outstanding. I had ordered the wrong size shoes by mistake. I contacted Cavells in a panic as I wanted them for Christmas, the service I got was outstanding, and I got the replacement shoes the next day! Thank you”

“Was very pleased with my first purchase. However prior to placing the order I knew the product I was buying. I didn't think the detail of the blouse was very clear on the website . Photograph was not representative of the lovely detail of the design. That will not prevent me from returning as the service was very good. Thank you .”
