“Waited in for delivery. Didn't arrive. Phoned to rearrange delivery. Jobsworth wouldn't speak to me about next delivery because I was wife of person who ordered. Waste of time and such a ridiculous policy. Won't use again. Well done good way to lose customers OCT 22”
