“What can I say? My experience with this platform has been frustrating. Once you make a deposit, it feels like you're trapped. The gas fees are extraordinarily high, making withdrawals nearly impossible. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Their support team often responds with apologies, but I know they won’t make any changes. They claim gas fees are influenced by the market and validators, but I’ve compared multiple platforms and time zones, and the fees here are consistently higher. I won’t be contacting them about my withdrawal, because FOS TERBOO N . ORG has gotten my money out already, shame on CEX.IO.”

“I was promised profit by many brokers but it was all lies and deceit. I had lost money trading on a few platforms which i later got to know that they were all scam. I have to hire a recovery company “Scaminspect. c o m” to help me figure out the problem. They were understanding and patient, took their time to make me understand how it all really works. “I joined back in August 2022 I was introduced and joined up by a woman called Arlene Soh we traded together on this site made a heap of money I kept depositing then when I tried to withdraw they kept asking for taxes and Fees.on the 3rd February the website closed down and she deactivated her what’s app account and disappeared.I lost a heap of money it’s embarrassing to disclose the amount.She is a horrible person I hope she rots in jail if she is caught. Grateful i reached out to FOSTER BOON . OR G for help and i was able to get all my money back”

“It's very easy to deposit money into CEX.IO but the problem is when you want to take your money out!! IMPOSSIBLE! Avoid this scam! It's been a few stressful days that I try to withdraw my money and I'm not allowed! I've been asked to provide lots of documents like DL, holding it in front of my face to verify it. Then I was asked it is not enough and I have to send them a video telling that I'm aware of this communication and my request! I did that and after a few days back and forward now I was asked again that what IPs I contact and if I'm aware of this activity from this IPs!!! I am a constant traveler and use different location to have access to my account. And now they asked me my travel history!! What's this platform?? The exchange crypto platform or immigration office?! The problem is they accept your money in a second and looking for ANY excuses to hold it and don't allow it to withdraw your OWN money!!! Keep away from this scammers!”

“So, the customer service manager is GREAT. So is most of the support team. HOWEVER, this company charges OUT the ass, and has an ungodly amount of hidden fees, and gives people a f load of loop holes to jump through. To the point where this company DRAINED me of all the money I had. When they say it is the "final" payment. It isn't. Don't trust them. Be prepared to drop 2000 on it. If not more. All communication is done through email, or text. You don't even get to speak to an actual person over the phone. They're not apart of the Better Business Brueuo to report them. They can change their terms and conditions whenever they please. READ THEM! EVERYTIME. Had I known how f***ed off it would be to get my money. I would have uses a different company or something like cash app. INSTANT REFLECTION FEE is charge. Regardless of it is "instant". Even if you wait the alloted time to get it, thinking you wouldnt have to pay the IR. You're mistaken. I was told at least 10 different times that all my fees were the "final" one. Yet, everytime I paid them. I got charged more. What was initially supposed to be 200 down, turned into 2000. The Brueuo also decided it was a good idea to "protect my account" by doubling my IR. Granted they "compensated". However, they didn't tell me they did this until AFTER I paid the original 420 they asked for. All in all. F this company. Idk if every transaction is like this. However, to start up. It's a pain in the ass. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.”

“Poor support from these lots, I’ve had my crypto locked on their platform for months. It’s always on verification or another. The support is poor, slow and incompetent. They abruptly cancelled my account without any explanation, leaving the funds trapped in the account. Even after receiving mails asking me to withdraw within 24 hours, the withdrawal process was painfully slow.
