“CEX which I had used for many years lost my bitcoin after one of their many updates to their app which changed the layout. “This exchange is the worst that will happen in your life. So many people were blocked by them for no reason and without possibility to refund their money. Official representatives block users and delete their real their reviews in social media. My case has taken 14 months, still no result. 20K USD blocked there. Support replied "please wait" since 14 months, though i provided them with all necessary information and documents. Use another platform and beware of these scammers. If you use it once, this will be the worst day in your life.”

“They are holding 26000 USD of my money since 4 months ago. And they don't let me withdraw it. Once a month they reply and ask for a new document. Once they need a screenshot of my USDT wallet. Next time, they need a video recording of it. Next time they need a screenshot of my TRX wallet. Next time they ask for a video recording of my TRX wallet. It's like they enjoy playing with me. And when you ask them for results, they just don't answer. The least they can do is to update me on the case. They don't feel responsible at all. They don't give a damn about your life problems. It gives them joy just to see you suffer. It really is, it has been proven to me.”

““You will never be able to get your money out of here as they do not pay or allow withdrawals. Never pay any taxes as it will amount to absolute nothing. I was represented by RESUC. ORG , which made me back my investment out of this scam company. I’m not advertising anyone but never late than never”

“I had a withdrawal issue with them and couldn't get my funds when i initiated a withdrawal, They ask me to pay 20% upfront fees, I did and they asked for me. It's not so good if everyone complains about a particular issues and nothing is been done to correct it, Except we use external recovery companies like Finalresolute. com , Before withdrawal issues are resolved. It's fraud to just wake up and decide to block my account for no reason, why? they kept telling me stories about verifying my income, when did you guys become the governement? I was finally able to get my funds recovered by the help of Finalresolute. com, You can use them if you in such situation”

“My advice to anyone, stay away from these new Forex and Binary option companies and to withdraw their funds fully after making your first profits. I have been scammed badly by several of these companies. But I’m glad today that I had all my money returned including all profits, thanks to an expert. “As typical either they do not have enough money to send me, or they just don't want to let me make withdrawals. They will not let me withdraw a penny, and they tell me to pay their commission fees again to convert the bitcoin I "sold" back into bitcoins. I wish these people had a shred of moral decency. I wish they would let me withdraw my money, I have spent 5 days emailing back and forth, no solutions, just more problems. i wish I never used this exchange.”
