“The platform is quite basic and not easy to navigate. The main problem is it's extremely hard to get your money out. Just thought I would try £50 before depositing a large sum. I tried to take it out just to make sure it was possibly. 3 hrs I've been at it trying everything to get verified. After filling in all info, taking pics of my self and uploading docs it still says, can't verify. It took the money very easy. There re far more straightforward exchanges out there. It doesn't need to be that complicated.”

I complained, and they told me they can't do anything about it and that I should report it to the authorities, which was baseless to my ears. ““I strongly suspect Sophia Maddison and her team are involved in fraudulent activities. Once they have your money, they start demanding huge sums to allow you to withdraw your funds. They are currently holding $120,000 of my money and are demanding over $40,000 for me to access it. Everything about them seems fake, and I want to warn others to stay away. “This company is a scam. I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account for 5 months. There is a simple thing that needs to be resolved, which would have been resolved a long time ago with a legitimate company. But, here, customer service will start a thread as if they are going to help you, and then disappear from the thread! It has happened to me at least 7 times already. Please stay away from this "company". It is a scam!”

“Due to a fraudulent cryptocurrency investing platform, my partner and I lost $313,990 in bitcoin. “Whatever you do, stay clear of this company and use a more reputable exchange such as Kraken or Coinbase. If you do your research on the internet and you will many many instances of them locking people out of their accounts under the guise of "due diligence" and "following KYC rules" which they seem to use to their advantage for locking peoples money in and not letting them withdraw.”
