“Bat arrived within a couple of days which was great for summer baseball season. My nephew is playing travel ball and needed a replacement bat after breaking bat during a game. So happy to receive so quickly and great quality.”

“The bats are very high quality and my son and his teammates that use them love them. The customer service that I received was truly amazing! Marisol went way over and above and far exceeded my expectations to make sure that my son had the bat that we ordered in his hands for his tournament. We have and will continue to tell everyone that we come across that if you are looking for a great quality bat and amazing service, they need to order a Chandler!”

“I've only used the bat in one game so far but boy does the ball fly off this bat!! Super end weighted which is different from the other bats I use but it feels so nice to swing. My one "worry" would be the handle seems very thin and potentially prone to breakage but it is a wooden bat so I guess that's a worry for all of them.”

“Great quality and fast shipping. I have several other bats from Victus and Louisville and Chandler wood is simply the best. It feels harder and sounds better and the specs are always accurate. The RA13 model is one of the best bats on the market. Long barrel with great balance and whip through the zone.”

“If you swing a 33.5 on most wood bats do yourself a favor and don’t get a 33.5 in this bat. It’s far too light and it swings through the zone like nothing else but you will have to work on your timing to get used to this bat. If they offer it in 34 do yourself the favor and size up. A minimum of a half size. I got it to try it and I’m patently waiting for my judge 34 inch bat that I think will be a better fit for me. In regards to three stars it’s just different and not my speed but if you swing a 32-33 you will love this bat.”

“We were excited when receiving our Torpedo bat but within one month and only a few hits it cracked. I reached out to customer service and filed a claim. Never have I had such a hard time to return a bat still covered within its warranty. The bat hit the ball within its parameter and they are going back and forth in not validating our claim. Very disappointed customer and will not purchase another bat from them. Hoping they either give a refund or replace a bat that we only used like 4 times.”

Hi Yolanda, there are just four items we need in order to file your claim. You already provided your proof of purchase, a closeup of the engraving and the break at submission. We simply asked for where the point of impact was and when you pointed again to the crack (which would have been out of warranty), we tried to help guide you to properly pointing out a point of impact that was within warranty so we could proceed with the submittal. We're just trying to help you. Sorry you see it differently.
