Glad to hear it about the bat Mario. We definitely let you down here on shipping. What we had to send you wasn't to our standards so we remade which caused the delay and was why we refunded you in full for shipping. We don't claim to be perfect but we do care very much and hopefully you found that a fair resolution. Thanks so much for your business and we hope to have the opportunity to earn it again!

“Fungo was awesome! Everything I imagined my fungo to be it turned out which was great. Very poor delivery system. When speaking to associate was told it would ship a lot earlier then it did. Counting it would be here in time for a big tournament and never showed. Pretty disappointed not having it for that showcase tournament.”

Hi Julian, all customs take approx 4 weeks to produce, including fungos, as stated in the description. Not sure who you talked to that set your expectations incorrectly but we produced this is less than half that time for you and didn’t even charge for rush production. Please let us know what we could share with our team to earn a better rating from you in the future. Super glad you’re happy with the product though, have a great weekend!

“The website is glitchy.. has lots of pop ups.. I selected overnight, which it took off but added another bat. Took one week to get to player in the MLB Draft League.. bats are perfect it’s just the process”
