“I was a huge fan of the demand bats due to the reduced pricing. The staff helped me sort through so much confusion. The staff was always so helpful and quick to respond. The chandler bat itself, the CB271A, was not too much of a fan at first. It felt soft and like I couldn’t rip it. After around 200 swings, this bat was like none I’ve ever tried. So much pop and forgiveness. I only give a 4 star because through the confusion I caused, I didn’t get the exact colorway I wanted. Again, the staff is amazing, so I could have gotten the correct bat or keep the same one and get a refund of the difference of price. I’ve tried many other brands and Chandler truly swings above the rest of the competition.”

“We love the bat. Our first WWBA everyone was asking where he got it. But more importantly the customer service was amazing. Our first tourney got moved up 3 weeks, I contacted customer service. They got the bat painted and expedited shipping to get it to my son. Excellent. Will use them again.”

“We are 100% satisfied with all factors of our order. We recieved our bat quickly, it was beautiful craftmanship and the performance was oustanding. My 12u son was hitting HRs on his Cal Ripken field during his first BP with this bat. We will be ordering again!”

“I purchased a Custom Bat for my 18 year old son as a Graduation present on May 3, 2024. My son loved the bat and after a few uses (about 50 swings), the bat developed a crack. I immediately contacted Chandler on June 11, 2024, and after uploading their required information, I was notified that they will replace it today, June 13, 2024. I couldn't ask for better customer service! This is our first Chandler bat and we will definitely be purchasing wooden bats from Chandler again!”

Sorry to hear about that Bryce! At these super low prices on semi-customs, we can't warranty. Next time upgrade to a full custom if the guarantee is more important to you than price. Hopefully the other one does great for you!
