“Completed Changing Habits quite a few years ago, however life situations got in the way. Recently I ordered the replenishment package with prompt delivery to WA. I then ordered the updated version of FLP book version 5 as well. I started phase 2 day 1 on 01/11/2023 and lost 2 kgs already( today is 04/11/2023. Totally POP. Focused with my motto” is this food nourishing my cells?” Any queries I’ve had re program have been answered promptly by email or the FB support page.”
