“Changing Habits has been aptly named, my eating habits have finally changed. I live a busy lifestyle with fulltime work, study and 2 kids. I was able to follow the fat loss protocol with excellent results of a 10 kg loss in the first round. I have kept the weight off by changing the way I eat, and learning from the program. Highly recommend to those who have trouble shifting excess weight!”

“Changing Habits delivers everything promised. At 60 I thought I was too old to really reinvent myself and the Changing Habits team and protocol gave me the support and know how to really make a difference. I lost 20 impossible to shift kilos gained through hormonal treatment that had weighed me down for ten years. Despite all kinds of strategies and effort I did not succeed until a friend was transforming herself and I asked what she was doing. “I am sold on Changing Habits and it’s products but it would be good to have a packing slip in the package so I can immediately check that what they say is in the package is what is there and that what I ordered is the same as what I have received. Having said that, when brought to their attention that I was missing an item, they were very quick at sending it by separate post. Thank you”
