“High quality products at great prices and speedy delivery. I‘ve been taking their Inca Inchi oil, probiotics and Camu Camu for years and must say that they‘ve made a big difference to my health (digestion, sinusitis control and cold prevention).”

“The Changing Habits team is fantastic. The speed of delivery and especially the coaches support on the Fat Loss Protocol Facebook page. The program is amazing and provided you do it properly, you need to be in the right headspace and committed. If you do, you are guaranteed great success. I would recommend the program to anyone wishing to not only lose weight but to improve their health.”

“So far, so good - re my personal interaction with personnel (two of the coaches and a couple of admin staff). The website is easy to use. The (nutritional) products are authentic and the recipe book I have purchased (the one with the cake on the cover!) has many enticing dishes - full of goodness, of course! This is now time for me to do some 'me-stuff' .... and, also, hopefully integrate a renewed approach for my other half. I appreciate the commitment of the Changing Habits team - but, keep it going! Thank you.”
