“Staff are very helpful and most emails are answered within 24 hours. Sometimes products are unavailable but it is possible to be notified when stock is back in. I am a VIP member.”

“I love Changing Habits, the products, the people and the service. Finding you really changed mine and my husband's lives forever...oh and many of those we meet and are friends with, as we relay the benefits of living this CH lifestyle. Quite a few have also jumped on board and are eternally thankful for our dogged preaching! The website does have its glitches and I have had to request adjustments at times as it just wouldn't do what it was supposed to. At such times, the staff has been quick and keen to help and to rectify. Well done Cindy and team, you have us for life!”

“At last, my shipment has arrived! Ordered 25 Feb, it finally made it to WA yesterday 14 March. Guess you could say that's pretty good, given the constraints of three factors - distance, Covid and floods. Oh, plus standard delivery charge: should've made it express. Another CH product ordered 2 March arrived in a fraction of the time. Anyway, all good! As always, CH performed reliably - quality & effectiveness are undisputed. Thank you!”

We always pack and dispatch our orders the same day if they are ordered before 12pm AEST on our open business days so orders can get to our customers as fast as possible. “I love dealing with CH. If I have a problem the girls are quick to help via calls and emails. My orders are delivered so quickly, correct and secure. I've been on the protocol diet and couldn't recommend it enough. I've lost 9kgs in a few months and feel so good, with lots of energy and clear headed. I'm nearly buzzing.”
