“I had been trying for 7 years to lose weight, and although I was very against the idea of weight loss surgery, I was beginning to feel it was something I should consider. I wasn't sure about this protocol at first, and as I began the program I was terrified of this being another failed attempt to add to the list. I am now at the end of phase two of my first round and I have lost 13.6kg!!! I can't express just how glad I am that I gave this a go. I have more weight to lose and will do further rounds. I am excited to see my old self emerging again. This is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. The instant results, and uncomplicated food guidelines really worked for me. The protocol has taught me to appreciate small daily losses (where I previously saw them as insignificant), and I loved that there was no over-complicated shopping lists and meals to cook, to sap my energy. Keeping things simple helped me to stick to it. If you're feeling stuck and hopeless like I was, I would seriously consider giving this protocol a go, you might just surprise yourself, as I surprised myself!”

“I can’t do without my supplements- I started these with the fat loss protocol and always found an excuse not to get to phase 2 I detoxed for 2 months instead the recommended 1 week. The supplements gave me energy and my skin has never looked better over 2 yrs now I don’t miss a day - green blend, organic probiotics, camu camu and colloidal minerals- I also have not had any sickness either”
