“I am so happy that we have Changing Habits and Cindy O'Mera who we can trust for providing the best quality whole food products for us to purchase. I have been following Cindy for number of years and I have learned that she does long and thorough research before she accepts any products into her collection.Cindy also provides a lot of researched, valuable and interesting information.She also has lots v healthy and delicious recepies. All orders always arrive within two to three days. I can whole heartedly recommend Changing Habits to anyone who is interested in looking after their health.”

“I have used these products for many years as they are top quality organically made with an Australian company I trust. In particular I use the seaweed salt, rapadura sugar, cinnamon, turmeric and tge Peak formula, probiotics, colloidal blend, green blend- all sensational. Looking forward to trying the coffee.”
