“I use it to keep myself on track with my weight each day. I take the drops. Then keep to a fruit shake for breakfast then watch what I choose for lunch and dinner. Recipes are good but the reporting of food chosen is difficult. I have no milk, cheese, alcohol, bread, rice or potatoes. Mostly chicken meat and fish. Weight going down. I keep up activity. I think the app could be made more user friendly.”

“I love Changing Habits! I have been using their products for many years and have always found them to be of a great quality. I have confidence that the products have been thoroughly tested and are of a high quality. I also feel that they are great value for money. Ialso love that Changing Habits have a lot of yreat free info and recipes available for anyone to take a look at. My orders alway arrive quickly, and I love being a part of the VIP Club which offers discounts, allowing me to purchase even more great products. “I'm loving my organic cacao buttons. Snacking on them right now actually. It's working a treat at curbing my sweet tooth/teeth! My Father's Day order was lost in the mail and the CH office team were amazing at following up with me to see that I actually received it ..... two weeks after the order date. “Changing Habits All Natural Seaweed Salt is the best salt I've eaten and now the only salt I buy. I put a pinch in just about everything, especially homemade salad dressings. It's a very pretty pale pink colour and it contains powdered dulse which helps my underactive thyroid”
