“The products are of the highest quality and the staff in the office are very helpful and prompt in replying. Changing my habits has been so easy with the ‘lab to table’ book. It is easy to read and so informative. The website is full of valuable insights and the recipes are straight forward and achievable. Thankyou to changing habits.”

“I have completed the FLP twice and both times I have released 9Kg! I found the protocol very easy to follow and stick to. I haven't been hungry nor craved any foods. The only 'negative' is muscle cramps in my legs. I would like to release a further 5kg so will start another round in a few weeks.”

“I have been using Changing Habits products for years, even after I moved from Australia to Europe. The products are excellent and the service is fantastic, with an issue about a shipping address I had (my fault!) fixed quickly by customer service.”

“Ethical on all food quality, nutritional value, organic quality, company ethos etc. Renewable or recyclable packaging let's them down. That's the only flaw in an otherwise trustful company.”

“I have been working alongside my naturopath to investigate my gut microbiome and how it is performing. This took me down a rabbit hole re coffee, when I discovered that alot of coffee is toxic and contains mold, I became very curious and that is when I discovered the Changing Habits, Changing Lives pods and I am thrilled that I am able to place my full trust in the product that I am receiving and consuming.
