“The Changing Habits shop is always my first ‘go to shop’ online if I’m looking for something new to add to my pantry as I know they are safe and with the cleanest of ingredients and I trust Cyndi’s food philosophy 100% If they don’t have what I am looking for then I will search the Changing Habits community for suggestions of where to find the best elsewhere. So far I can honestly say I love all the products in their shop (even the greens) 😋 Your palette adjusts in time. Now I actually enjoy them!
