“Engineer very efficient and thorough, the engineer brought the pulse. The process of taking photographs for the route of the cable for the power point I found very stressful.I am 79 years of age and live on my own, this required me to ring my son, who does not live near enough to visit, to check certain details requested and also to use a stepladder. I am also registered disabled.”

“Very happy with my EV Home Charg from BP Pulse now that it's been installed by the two excellent electricans. The process was not straight forward, taking around 2.5 months in total, but I got there in the end. (several hoops to jump through) Without the homecharge unit having a hybrid or fully electric vehicle is too much hassle, so really happy that this has all been sorted in a reasonable amount of time and will now enjoy my vehicle fully.”

“Hi I have had the charger installed through the motability scheme, I was very happy with the installation and the guy who did it explaining how it would work. I don’t actually get my electric car until August but I’m happy that when I do I’m all set up and ready.”

“Having to take so many photos was a bit of a pain but the engineer was very good and very polite and explained the entire installation as he fitted it and the workmanship was first class and a very neat and tidy job”

“BP Pulse were excellent. From booking in to arrival everything went smoothly. Then the lovely Tom turned up to fix the port to the house. Made it nice and clean and tidy. Wouldn’t know he had been other than a port on the wall. Much smaller than anticipated. Bonus he had a puppy with him. Not everyone will be so lucky 😍”
