“Early admin process was poor, lots of misleading communication. However once the installation address was found and a date agreed the installation went extremely well. Daniel the fitter was excellent.”

“Whole process from application to install was 8 weeks. But I was in no rush so not an issue. The installer was very friendly and did a good job. Installed the unit and the electrical protection unit where I wanted it. No complaints from me.”

“The application stage was a bit daunting with all the photos and document. the staff at Bp were amazing so helpful and even sorted out a mix up with the car retailer and their payment. The charger was installed by a very friendly technician who was very efficient and explained the working of the charger very clearly. all I would like further help with is the app and how to use it with my charger”
