“Steve Ascent Energy Services have been very professional, customer-friendly and communicative via emails. The engineer,I think Paul was his name, arrived early. Very pleasant, explained clearly what was to be done and got on with it. His work was undertaken with care and he left the area, as it was before. Would highly recommend Ascent Energy Services!”

“The electrician who installed my charge point was in my opinion the best tradesmen that I have had working on and in my property his name was Gareth from Wales he explained to me everything regarding the installation I believe that he should be told and my gratitude passed on to him I will recommend your company to my colleagues in the fire service The installation was carried out by an outstanding electrician Kind regards Brian Carter”

“Unfortunately my new car delivery has been delayed as a result of shortages of chips. I therefore have not had the opportunity to test the charger, however hopefully new car will be available in August.”

“Hi. First appoint was cancelled but I was given anew date witch was convenient. The engineer arrived on time and he phoned to say he was 5 minuets away. The engineer explained what was the best place to install the unit and was I happy with that. I agreed with the position of the unitand very happy with his work and professionalism.”

“Customer service was brilliant - all questions answered and the whole process was efficient. They said they would be here at 11:00am and the guy arrived dead on time. He was COVID aware and also efficient and clean. Really pleased with the whole process”

“I have just bought my first EV, and will rely on public charging (nerve racking). A slight complication occurred with my optional subscription to BP Pulse on the app. What was mega amazing was Clemmie contacted me (I did not reach out) and checked in with me to make sure all was ok as Clemmie spotted the complication. After only a few emails, Clemmie worked with other departments and got it all working and made sure I had everything I needed! I have NEVER experienced service like this! I now look for BP pulse chargers before any others as I believe should there be any issues, Clemmie will have my back. Awesome!”
