“Good experience from start to finish I took lots of photos to make sure BP Pulse had all the info they needed before installation and the installer turned up on time on the day was friendly and cracked on and got the job done. No problems at all. Works great I am more than happy”

“Process of actually getting the unit was tough due to lack of communication between SMART and BP Pulse however the engineer Callum who turned up to fit the unit was early, didn't make a fuss when fitting, tided up after himself and generally excellent.”

“I spotted the well masked look of dismay when the engineer opened the utility, whoever had fitted the isolation switch (Not BP) hadn't left much room or cable to work with. The engineer not to be daunted set about the task, the level of communication throughout was first class allowing us plenty of time to save files, etc. before switching off the power. Consulted on the positioning of the various boxes, and cable runs, everything neat and tidy, and a proper clean up before leaving.”

“He arrived before the stated time which was more convenient for me and he installed the device really quickly. The one down side was that the leaflet he left was so wet from the rain i could not read it.”

“Quick and easy installation, when we finally got there... initial BP paperwork was not simple (unless you are an electrician) and the involvement of the utility company (SSE) significantly delayed the installation, adding a 15-16 week delay”

“Had seen the article in the Times suggesting there were problems with BP Pulse but the friendly installer came early (!!) and, after assessing the situation, went ahead and installed the charger which is working as expected”

“I recently had a BP pulse home charger installed at my house and I couldn’t fault anything about it right from the start of the process. The advisor BP was knowledgeable and prompt and the designated sub contractor the same. An absolute 5 stars from us Anthony (North Norfolk)”

“After having neighbours slabs took up to separate the joint electric service. Electrician arrived the following morning. From here a very neat installation took place, the young man explained everything relevant to the charger. I cannot say how well it charges yet as I await delivery of my new electric car, early September. But very impressed.”

“We had our home charger installed by a polite engineer called Simon, he was great and clearly explained how to use the charger. I could not fault his customer service. When we have made contact with BP Pulse by telephone, we also received a great customer service.”

“Long application process, which asks lots of questions, thankfully the website does seem to save your progress as you go which was a relief as I had to ask for advice and help at some points. All the questions, though, do seem to help massively with the installation. They arrived early and had completed the job in less than an hour so were gone before they had even technically been meant to arrive which was impressive. The charger has been working perfectly since, and is much better than using the domestic plug which I had to muddle through with whilst I was stuck with for a couple of weeks whilst I waited for the install. Happy customer so far, and I would recommend then for their ruthless efficiency!”
