“I made a report of faulty for smart meter to my app on 4 Nov 2019 , till today I do not have any respond and repair of my home charger , it still not working now , during the Last month , I made 3 calls still had the same replies, would pass it to IT department to follow up, but nothing happened, I will be in writing to ask for the refund of £99 for that rubbish device, very bad service”

“Ordering and having the Chargemaster fitted was easy and convenient. The charging station does what is says on the tin...except for the fact that it seems to hate the rain and needs re-booting whenever we have a torrential downpour, which can be a pain if you don't spot the fact it's having a hissy fit until you come to drive the car next!”

“Home installation of the BP Chargemaster was good. tidy installation, plenty of information for me to prepare for the engineer coming. engineer was clear in communicating everything that was going to happen and got me involved with decisions. good installation. only downside is the app. I am still looking for information on this, I might have been expecting it to do more.”

“The kits itself is good and works well. The installation is also good. However during the installation the workman did damage some interal walls and chipped my porcelain cistern on the toilet.”

“The installation went well and the workmanship was of a high standard. I have however, had problems setting up the App on my I-phone and believe that it does not work with the Safari browser on Apple devices. Surely this should not be the case.”
