Engineer was prompt and professional. App easy to install and get working. That said, there was a lot of prep that had to be done beforehand (fitting isolator switch and getting metre tails upgraded).

The engineer turned up on time and was very pleasant. He explained everything to us,and listened to our opinion. He was very tidy and cleaned up any mess. Our Chargemaster is fitted discreetly.

reading the reviews it makes it look like I got the wrong company. My experience was absolutely amazing from start to end...friendly customer service from Stephen Dennet and great product.

Was taken through the whole process by one dedicated account manager (Sabbir Mohammed). Was great to have one contact to take me through step by step. Engineer was out within 2 working days of my application completion and then installation went smoothly with minimal mess. Can't yet comment on the SmartCharge app as I'm awaiting my log in credentials.

Your engineer was on time very courteous a credit to your company his name was Emerson from Brazil the installation went like silk he was very charming only took 4 hrs his English was perfect, excellent manners, cheerful with a good sense of humour a very pleasant experience who I would recommend to anyone. Top job BP 👍👍👍oh also he left the site spotless so thumbs up to your training team also. 😜

BP CHARGEMASTER have been very patient with us while we went through the process of getting the electrics to the right point. They have been very professional and helpful. Mohamed Sabbir has been very helpful with the organisation and Duncan, the engineer, was great at the installation. Thank you all.. We are so excited to be able to charge our car!

The team kept me in the loop without the whole experience and helped and answered any question I had. Mohammed in particular was very helpful and Peter the electricity did a marvellous job fitting my charge divise.

I would like to thank Heather. She was friendly and very helpful. I have never seen like Heather specially when call to any customer service. She is the biggest asset to the company. So I give to Heather Folland the highest 5star because she gave 5star customer service. I wish every one becomes like Heather. Thank you Heather!!!!!!!

I took delivery of a Smart EQ on the 1st Dec 2020 and placed my order on the 3rd Dec the day the company changed their company logo. Knowing the problems with company internal departments changing causes delays. With the national demand for chargers also giving delay issues I just thought I will get it when everything was in place. The negative for me was that I had a charger fitted some 6 years ago, my dealership advised me that I should get the £350 grant again for the new car. I had to pay £350 in advance before the installation date could go ahead. I was given 11th Feb 2021 for installation, I received a call from a local installer JDS of Shenstone requesting to install on the 29th Jan. Darren gave me a call before the installation time stating he would be slightly late due to traffic. Darren arrived on site and completed a great install to my satisfaction, highly recommended all neat and tidy with all rubbish completely removed including my old failed charger which was full of water. I think everyone needs to be patient nationally, your install will be made a.s.a.p. due to demand your day will come. Everything works fine, just downloaded the app to try but not yet used so cannot comment at this time.

I was experiencing real problems using a charging unit and with my account, having topped up £20 which didn’t appear and the contactless unit not working I called in and spoke with Iqbal. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful to resolve my issue! He worked very quickly to get me charging - and after 30 mins of me fiddling around myself trying to get it to work it was a real pleasure speaking with someone who could help! Iqbal is a real treasure to the BP Chargemaster team and I now have absolutely no hesitation using these points again!

Very impressed with the engineer Alan who fitted our homecharger. His professionalism and efficiency was second to none. After the fitting he cleaned away any mess and gave us instruction on the operation of the charger.

Well done BP Chargemaster, the customer service on the phone was excellent especially responding to my particular installation . Then arranging s engineer to instal was great a three week timetable shrank to 3 days with engineers fitting in around us. All installed , nice engineer all works Thank you Matthew

Decided to go with Bp Chargemaster for our new Mini Electric. Initial coms was very slow and frustrating. Back and forth with numerous forms and pics of where we wanted it installed, the fuse box and the mains supply. If they were clearer on what they wanted to see as part of the application process this could have been done in one go. i.e. readable pic of serial number on fuse box, not just a pic of fuse box. Installation date set, installer arrived on time. Mike Kirwin was polite, professional and courteous. Was worried about typical additions fees but he walked me through what was going to happen, gave me a couple of options of how he could access the fuse board and got on with it. I work from home so was worried about him turning the electric off but he was kind enough to work round my diary and calls and in the end only turned the power off over lunch and for less than 20 mins. Tidied up, quick demo and job done. Thank you - So, upfront process is a nightmare and lots of wasted time and calls. To a point I decided I wanted to cancel my order. Installation is quick and a great service. Does it work and is it reliable? Holding my breath!
