The fitter who installed the charger was absolutely excellent. He was extremely helpful, very efficient and did an excellent job of the installation. The charging unit works perfectly with my hybrid Mercedes.

Initially delayed due to COVID-19 however it was installed as soon as possible. The customer service was good and the installer was professional.

Installation was trouble free and the charger works fine which is the main thing but the supporting iOS app is a pretty poor.

The going backwards and forward with emails and phonecalls to get the installation scheduled was a bit of a chore: quite a few misunderstandings, repeated conversations and times when the process seemed to stall and need kick-starting. I also had to have a component installed into my electrical system at considerable time and expense which turned out to be ultimately unnecessary. However, the installation itself was wonderfully efficient. All done in a couple of hours with no fuss and no mess. Very impressed by that part.

The information required before installation is extremely compliticated. Thes customers need far more assistance as to what is required, particularly as they are not familiar with the technical electrical details. Once the information was accepted the installation went very well.

Installation great and the engineer was exceptioonal. Post install I'm quite disappointed in the after sales as I have connectivity issues and can't seem to get the help i need.

5 stars for preparation and installation of BP Chargemaster point at my home. Sohail did a great job: sensible Covid precautions kept us both safe and comfortable. A relatively simple layout and a great job. All cleaned afterwards and working perfectly. I have to reduce my rating to 4 stars only because the management app is so bad as noted by most users (iPhone Smartcharge App) - I hope this can be made workable soon! The app is not essential to the use of the charger but is part of the Company's offering to optimise its use.

After a long wait, due to the Covid-19 lockdown, the actual installation was quick & efficient. The software to longer to activate - we had to wait several days, & the account setup procedure was a bit "clunky".

The actual charger seems to work very well. However the installation process can be tricky and in our case demanded a whole day of an engineers time to adequately earth the apparatus. The consequences of this were a lot of clearing up left for us to do afterwards.
