“Hi, Carlie Z was fantastic and very helpful today, I really appreciated her help. However I had made a number of attempts via email, phone message and chat and had no response for over a week, which was very disappointing. I had actually started to wonder if the website was a hoax! Anyway I am very grateful to Carlie as she has managed to progress my application today - 10 stars to Carlie!”
