“Terrible service! Bought a product a MONTH ago and still waiting for it to arrive. No updates, no communication from the seller. I contacted the customer service 2 times, but they never find any solution. Not recommend 😕. I don’t have any images because I’m still waiting the product has been delivered”

Your order was placed on 08/01, and we acknowledge that there was an internal dispatch error earlier in the process, for which we sincerely apologise. We can confirm that the full order was dispatched on 30 January and is currently in transit.
As this is an international shipment to New Zealand, delivery times can unfortunately be longer than expected, and NZ Post is currently experiencing delays outside of our control. Once dispatched, transit time is managed by the courier.

“I been buying this particular style of pants for years since it's very light comfortable and plus nice fits for small figure chef like me, but recently i bought 2 new pairs and one pair 3 months ago quality and fitting completely different than what it used to be. Bought one size up since i gained bit of weight but it just end up being too baggy everywhere and no shape at all. Feels plastics compare to the other pants i have not very happy”
