Once they have your money they don’t care about your order. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received my jersey. I’ve requested a refund but I am not getting any response. They have no idea where my package is.

I live in Romania. In the last 3 years I placed 4 orders on Chelsea Megastore with values between 19 and 100 EURO. All were delivered in very good conditions. The last one was placed on march 27 2020, was shipped on the 1'st of april 2020 and delivered on april 28 2020, but for me it was not a problem. So, I am very satisfied.

Absolute rubbish service. I wish I’d read reviews before ordering a 23/24 home shirt with printing and patches for my son’s birthday. I ordered the shirt on November 19th for the birthday on November 26th. The last excuse e-mail was received on November 24th. I’ve just fired one off and they’ve offered me my money back??? The problem, as always, is outsourcing. Never works. These Fanatics monkeys might well bang on about operating in 180-odd countries and handling ‘X’ number of clubs/organisations, but they should concentrate on getting it right for one club before getting overly ambitious. Mind you, how difficult can it be to slap a name, number and patches on a shirt and bung it in the post? Apparently, very. And it’s not exactly cheap, is it. I wonder if the football club realise how much damage these people are doing to their image? I promise to ensure that they find out.

Ordered the new Chelsea home shirt, typical they only had the expensive one in my size so I bought the better quality one and got it sign written with Terry 26 on the back. After that the shirt and delivery the cost was £150 fine. It’s expensive but il treat myself to a nice new shirt. Haven’t done it in a while. Delivery 3-5 days fine cool I’m happy. I ordered it on the 11th of September and it only just got delivered on the 12th of October. I highly recommend that nobody uses that site to buy anything and would say to go to the stadium instead. Il never do it again and because it got delayed so long I got 55% discounts codes but I will never use them ever. (If you want them Dm my instagram) kieranpodesta.

So here’s the thing, make your own mind up about it! I ordered a chelsea 3rd kit with my grandsons name and number on it for his birthday. It cost £74.90 with delivery. The delivery date was 2-4 days as stated by email. Now I find it’s estimated at 3rd of October! I contacted them by live chat. A lovely girl typically said there was nothing she could do and the delay was because of the customising.. why wasn’t that pointed out at any stage prior to the Order being placed I said. She said sorry. It’s borderline fraudulent! They know exactly what they are doing snd they know most people would wait nearly a month so guess what… they don’t tell you. I’ve supported chelsea all of my 61 years and the disappointment with them all round has peaked this very day! My advice… don’t buy it from here unless you are happy to be a month ahead of the game !

Ordered 3 home tops and shorts on 24th August which stated 8 business day. 4 weeks later and I still haven’t received my order, with 2 children asking daily if their kits have arrived. Spoke to customer service and no indication when they will arrive.

I've been a victim as well of their bad service and it is my first time to order online, I'm really disappointed :( placed an order last March 2023 and until to this date (almost 2 months) I haven't receive my purchased items. I've been saving money just to buy the items and this is what they did, hoping that the management would take action and take it seriously... this is not the only page with bad reviews against them I looked into. We've been exchanging e-mails also regarding the update of the shipment and yet I'm not satisfied with the details, I even asked them to check with Shipping Company.

Horrible service and attitude - very disappointing from a fans perspective. Goods never showed up money taken and then chased and chased and was told they were out of stock with no apology offered. AWFUL

PLEASE, DON’T PURCHASE FROM THEM. BOYCOTT THEM! Would enjoy seeing this business go under, and take all their incompetent staff with them. Staff seem to have been trained not to answer questions, and to make it as difficult as possible for the customer. It seems a low IQ is a prerequisite for a position here. SCAM.

I ordered a few jerseys and I was disappointed with the low quality of the jerseys. I could not belive that Chelsea would allow its online store to send such low quality items to Chelsea fans. I ordered some different jerseys and after several days I got an email saying that it shipped but then a few hours later I got a second email saying that it actually did not ship and they have no updates. So now I have no idea if those items will be shipped, and there has been no further info provided to me.

I think this must be a fraud. I ordered items for my Nephew's birthday (firs week of October) in mid September. I still have not received the items. They no longer respond to my emails and the tracking number they provided me is not related to my order nor does it provide any information. I hope you read this before you think of purchasing anything from this site. Your will be throwing your money away. This site should be investigated. It is a shame that Chelsea FC allows their name and reputation be tarnished by this scam.

Don’t ever buy from Chelsea Megastore. Once they have your money they don’t care about your actual order. Customer Service constantly lie, then call you a liar. It is absolutely disgusting the way they treat there customers. They ignore emails you send and don’t stick to there own time frames that are clearly outlined on their website. All they say is ‘Sorry’

do NOT order in this store. I ordered by express, an additional charge of 16 euros, and have been waiting for my delivery for 14 days. the order is not even processed. "picking" since 14 days customer service replies with a pre-prepared mail after 3 days .... no information about my order. I have spent over € 170 and expect my order to be delivered on time. I have now canceled my order by email, and here too, no response from customer service unbelievable how you deal with your fans!

They are the absolute worst! I regret buying a jersey for my husband from Chelsea Megastore. Once you place an order you are stuck! There are no options to edit or cancel your order. Customer service is just poor overall

Would give 0 if I could. Lost order, terrible customer service, money taken, no updates on whereabouts. Would have been better off ordering from ANYWHERE but here. False advertising on website, paid extra for delivery to be by a certain date and they happily took my money and weeks later, item still not delivered! Customer service advisor (apparently a “supervisor”) was very rude and spoke over me, didn’t listen to anything I was saying and was implying it was my fault the order was lost because I never ordered from them before?? Then had the cheek to say he “doesn’t get paid enough to deal with this and will drop the call right now” because he «couldn’t be a**ed dealing with it». I’ve worked customer service roles before, I get they’re not great, but if you hate it that much get yourself skilled up like an ambitious human does so you can move on, don’t take it out on your customers - attitude is ridiculous, way to show people you might actually belong at the bottom of the food chain - no wonder this company is quickly building such a bad rep. Wouldn’t employ this waste of space anytime soon and I hope this store takes a good look at who they employ! Either way, weeks later - still no order, had to raise a claim with my bank in hopes of getting my money back as their customer service threatened me with not getting anything at all because it was apparently my request to put in a complaint that’s going to stop everything?? Such a shame as I was ordering this as a gift as well and now the time has passed so I’ve had to tell the person I arranged this surprise for which kind of ruined the fun of it all, that’s something you can deal with but the attitude of the rude person on the phone is what’s upset me most of all. Never going to order from here again. I hope they actually do issue me with a refund otherwise I’ve paid a significant amount of money for nothing.
