“Awful customer service, ordered a hamper costing approx £80 on 15th December, email on 17th saying being packaged and despatched using royal mail 2-3 day service, then nothing, no tesponses to emails, or messenger (apart from one saying royal mail are to blame as never scanned in item, and that customer services would email that day, no email) total waste of time so i have contacted amazon pay to see if they have more success getting my refund than i have”

Chased for over 2 weeks - and having told me twice it had been dispatched on 2 separate dates they finally admitted it was a miscommunication between customer services, the fulfilment centre and their buying team and they never had the items to deliver. They messed me about, stopped taking calls forcing me to communicate solely by emall and blamed Royal Mail strikes. It was a housewarming gift that never arrived.”
“Ordered a cheese and wine hamper Saturday for 80th birthday on Tuesday as there was a 24 hour delivery tracked by Royal Mail. Still not received today (Weds). Royal Mail still waiting for it to be sent to them. Miles away from a poor Father in law with no gift who’d just come out of hospital.”
“Never Received my order, Ignored all contact, 3 emails sent to their contact addresses, spoke to live chat who could not deal with it online, no reply from ticket opened, filed a case with PayPal, they ignored that too. So be aware people.”
