Despite ordering on the 14.12.2024 and paying by Paypal I received no confirmation of order. Following 2 further emails and phone call to them only template replies received advising they 'have been busy' and still no confirmation of order. In future I will return to the Snowdonia Cheese Co who rate their customers as important! and keep in contact throughout.”

Failed to deliver an order for my elderly parents at Christmas, no acknowledgment of my emails, no process for orders had to ask for a receipt and order number. Didn’t get notified that they couldn’t fulfil the order until Christmas Eve and that was after a firm email.
Now still awaiting a refund or any process of one.
They are happy to still take your orders though knowing they can’t meet demand.
Ruining people’s Christmas and not even having the processes to apologise and issue refunds is diabolical.
Terrible company even worse attitude.
Avoid ordering with them online at all costs.”

I tried to call several times, but could never get through. Emailed several times but had no reply. They are happy to take people's money but don't bother delivering.”

Chased for over 2 weeks - and having told me twice it had been dispatched on 2 separate dates they finally admitted it was a miscommunication between customer services, the fulfilment centre and their buying team and they never had the items to deliver. They messed me about, stopped taking calls forcing me to communicate solely by emall and blamed Royal Mail strikes. It was a housewarming gift that never arrived.”
“Ordered a cheese and wine hamper Saturday for 80th birthday on Tuesday as there was a 24 hour delivery tracked by Royal Mail. Still not received today (Weds). Royal Mail still waiting for it to be sent to them. Miles away from a poor Father in law with no gift who’d just come out of hospital.”
