“I have 10-12 pieces of clothing I have ordered from Chicboho over the course of about a year. Only one time was I disappointed in what I received, and that was only because the length was much shorter than item pictured.
Now don't be fooled by their 7-12 delivery schedule and don't pay for expedited shipping...it all ships the same.. I have received some items in about a week and some items took as much as 3 months.
Their tracking info leaves a lot to be desired: you get a tracking number via China Post but it never gives you any info except that the item was shipped..
Colors and quality of clothing have been great. Customer Service has been great, I ordered a black top once and received a cream colored one, when I contacted them they sent me a black one at no charge and let me keep the cream colored one. I deducted one star because their shipping and tracking needs much improvement.”
