“I think all of the staff members are polite and lovely in person , however sometimes not over the phone they should explain more information over the phone so the client understands more.”

We are sorry to her your makeup was not to your taste! We do hope you spoke with the makeup artists as they would always change anything you are not happy with. Photography makeup is different to every day makeup - we do have add a little more as the flash does take away a lot of the colour. We are pleased to hear this did not impact your day with us.

Thank you for the review, we are sorry to hear the makeup wasn't as you would like. We do hope you told the makeup artist this as we would have changed anything you were not happy with. The makeup does have to be slightly different for photography to get the best look for the images. We do hope this did not impact your day with us.

“The service was excellent and Rebecca was very nice and funny also Amy did a very nice job of makeup and hair and the whole staff are very polite and professional thank you for a very nice after noon”

“From the moment you walk in its an automatic welcoming atmosphere, the staff offer you a drink before anything else and are so welcoming. The makeup artist was amazing and was understanding of my untamed blinking. She did an amazing job with my hair I absolutely love her work! The photographer is incredible!! She was understanding and patient with my 5 month old. We couldn't of asked for anyone better. Thank you so much for this experience it was everything we'd hoped for with being our first experience. We will definitely be coming again! Thank you all so much <3”
