“The photographer Juliet was fantastic very chirpy friendly understanding to our needs and too some great photos your makeup staff are dreadful not very good and cannot do hair I wish I’d done mine myself before I’d gone”

“The photographer was very friendly and very welcoming and we had fun in the shoot. The makeup was not as we expected and as a result of this we felt self conscious in the shoot and not very good about ourselfs however the makeup artists were very nice.”

“The staff are really attentive and friendly however the experience, waiting times and space is not really suitable for an 8 month old (maybe its just ours!) With other customers around, we felt a little self conscious and awkward walking past. The photographer was lovely and patient with us so thank you.”

“Photographer brilliant, really professional and fun. Disappointed with hair and make up, felt rushed and a little unprofessional. Changing rooms need to be separated and not shared with other users, not safe or secure.”
