“Generally good, but a few things that could be improved. We were phoned to see if we could attend earlier than our appointment, only to sit and wait for an hour - not easy to entertain 2 small boys and a 10 week old baby. Boys hair was gelled at start, despite having to change afterwards (which defeated the object). Photos good, but prices seem high. Staff all helpful and happy to help.”

I'm very sorry you feel this way, we think there must have been some misunderstanding as Lorna is a very helpful, friendly young lady who is extremely passionate about the studio and her clients.

“Staff polite and photographer caring to your feelings and comfort. Changing rooms need a mirror in them for boudior shoots as outside mirror is next to window. Be good to see prices of images before hand.”

Thank you for the review, we will take your point on board regarding the changing room mirrors . There should be a price list visible in all studios. This is in the reception areas. Glad you enjoyed the day, we do have a great team so pleased you felt welcome.

“Really enjoyed the photo shoot just a shame they were staff down today delaying things. Came at 1:50 and didn't get anything done till after half three. But would still recommend this to friends and family, staff were lovely throughout.”
