Awful, extortionate, scare mongering, hard sales. Avoid at all costs.

Hi Kristy, I am very sorry to hear this! I have looked over your day and can see you came in for a lovely family shoot and took 5 images away with you. Id really like to discuss this further, I have left you a voicemail and sent an email to follow up. Please do come back to me. Nichola

Found it a bit long, being asked to lay and sit on floor, was a bit much. I just wanted a full length photo.

Hi Tiggy, We are very sorry if you didn't enjoy the experience with us! We do advise the session can last up to 4 hours. The only reason you would have been asked to do different poses is to get the best out of your shoot, some of the backdrops require more than just standing in front of them. We appreciate your feedback though Thank you

As i have previously said, a great and friendly environment for lovely photos. However The veiwing the photos where they doubke team you and say lovely things about your photos, and then they hit you with the price and dont let you go away to think about it, and they have to have the decision then and there. And encouraging my daughter to pressure me to buy them i think is disgusting

Thank you for the review - we really don't want to pressure anyone so apologies if you felt this way. The nature of this business we cant allow you to come and view on a separate day, we complete the full process in one day which most of our clients appreciate. If you would like to discuss this further please do contact us. Thanks Chique

Apparently “won” a competition for a free makeover and shoot, though I highly suspect every person who entered the competition also “won”. You’re drawn in by the win when really you’ve won nothing as the photos are extortionate and more than pay for the very basic skills of everyone involved. The waiting room isn’t kid friendly. Nor is the studio really. More suited to teens and adults. Makeover was rubbish. Stylist ignored my form after seeing I wanted curly hair. She quickly wound rough chunks of my hair around heated curlers, left them for a few minutes while she did my makeup with a tiny spritz of hairspray and unwound them just leaving the ‘curls’ hanging limply. My hair was not brushed or combed despite being knotty and messy from the wind before coming in. It barely looked any different and after the first few photos were done it just looked like a total mess. Could have done far better myself. My requests for bold, bright colours were mostly ignored. Had to ask 3 times for a bold lip colour. No eyeliner put on, request for eyelashes ignored. The stylist seemed very inexperienced. The after having my crappy hair and make up done I have to sign a form to say I’m happy with it before having photos taken. Not one shred happy but clearly obvious the stylist couldn’t do anything better so what choice do I have? The photographer was good, got some great photos of us and worked well with the kids. But the light were so strong. We’re all washed out and pale, and the glare in my glasses blocks my eyes in most photos. I think it’s unfair that you have to decide there and then whether to buy photos or not. It would be better to be able to look and come back and decide. They are crazily expensive. But that’s part of the sales tactic, look for a few minutes and you’re drawn in. £600 for twenty photos! But I’m the fool that agreed to pay it. Not worth the money at all. Poor make up, poor hair, poor lighting, photos are not bad. But not worth it at all. And the company won’t give a crap. They’ve got my money and that’s their end game

Hi Helen Thank you for the review, we do take these very seriously. In respect to everyone winning, this isn't true, I can understand why you might think this but in all honesty, we do have thousands of entries. We then handpick a selection per studio. When we do ring the select winners they then have the choice to come along to the studio. All are advised the same thing - you have won the experience. Sometimes an image is included. The makeover is something we do take pride in, I'm therefore shocked to hear your account of the day. We do record all names and times of the day so we can go back and see who did your makeup for you. We will look into this and extra training maybe required. We do apologise of you didn't enjoy this process however we do wish you would have advised the manager on the day you weren't happy and we of course would have re done this for you. In regards to viewing the images we can not allow you to come back on a different day, this is our order of the day and its the same for everyone. We have a very talented team, take over 100 images and we edit every single one within your appointment time! We all work very hard and the cost of the images reflect the work we put into them. We say this to every negative review we have, You DO NOT have to purchase, no one forces you to spend anything you don't want to. You are shown the images and given the prices. YOU then decide what to do. You narrow all the images down and select the ones you DO want to buy - if any! We will take on board the points regarding the makeup and will look into this. Thank you Nichola

Loved the hair and makeup. Felt a little too fast paced for my 5 month old grandson and not enough time taken to get him smiling. Wouldn't recommend for young children unless you are happy to have none smiling photos
