“Glad I won this and didn't have to pay was rushed through photos was dripping with sweat, staff lovely just unorganised and others running late”

“Photographer was brilliant - really made us at ease and was funny! Felt like we had too much make up on for the shoot and my false lashes started falling off through the shoot. I won the shoot and was a little disappointed that the experience was different to what was stated in the prize. Overall an enjoyable experience: lovely welcoming staff and a beautiful studio.”

Hi Emma, I'm very sorry to hear you didn't get the full experience with us! We do have to add more makeup than normal for photography as the flash does reduce up to 40 % off. Hopefully this was explained to you on the day - the lashs should have been dealt with and plesase be assured this will be looked into. I would love to speak woth you more on this and wil message you privately to go over in more detial. Thank you for the feedback though we do appreciate it.
