“What an absolute scam. You will be led to believe you have won a competition with free hair and make up done and that you will get a free picture at the end. You do get your hair and make up done and pictures took but the free picture can only be the first one thats taken and its not edited at all. They don't even show it you when you view the photos at the end because it's worse than anything you could of taken yourself on a phone. They then try and push you into buying pictures for 99 pounds each after telling you that they start at 40 pound each. That's only in a package of 10 photos or something. It's a well organised scam where they use clever wording. They also tell you the 25 pound deposite is refundable. You will have to battle with them to get this back because they want you to use it towards photos which aren't free to make them sound a bit cheaper. Also they ask you to review the company on an iPad before you go in to view the photos when you still believe you getting a professional shot for free. That's why there's so many short reviews on this company. They are written before people endure pushy hard sell to buy photos on finance when you've viewed them. Read other reviews that have been done after they've been in office to view photos. they say the same as mine.”

Morning, It would be really helpful if you would leave you name when making such comments about our business. We would have much rather have spoken about these issues that you have in person and tried to rectify where we can. In regards to us being a 'scam' this is certainly not true. The competition entered is for a free makeover and photo shoot, if you were to go on our website this alone would be over £129.00. You received this on the day. Everyone is asked to pay a refundable deposit and this is given back - unless the client chooses to put towards images, again your choice. We of course would love our clients to purchase some extra prints, we are a working studio. However no one is forced to purchase, we show you the images, go through the costs, any offers available and YOU make the decision. The review is of the day so far, sometimes this is after makeup, after photography, it can be at different times. We have over 1000 positive, genuine reviews, any issues that are raised to us we deal with on the day. We want everyone to leave happy . We feel very passionate about this.
