Wanted to purchase a bracelet in the Glasgow store but they didn't have it in store, was assured that they could send same bracelet by post in 3 days. Received it in 2 days. Excellent.

Made a purchase online at the Kingston, bental centre store. All i had to do was go in a collect it, i arrived at the shopping centre at 8:45 as online it stated the store opened at 9am. A store advisor told me they opened at 10am, so after sitting around for an hour at 10am shutters remained down, about 4-5 staff members sat in back of store having a chat. 10:05 came, shutters still down and chatting. 10:10 came, shutters still down and chatting. 10:15 came…… you guessed it. Still down and chatting. So now I’m rather agitated so i go over to the shutters to ask if they are actually opening today. Guy said “ yeah sorry in 2 minutes” So it’s now 10:20 and i have finally signed for my order, and I ended up over an hour late for work.

Chose a ring while on a visit to Edinburgh, and bought it online later. Arrived really quickly, packaged very well and just as shown on the website. Documentation arrived later, very professionally presented with all the details recorded, a great service!

Service was exceptional. Made an online purchase as a present, which sadly I had to return due to it not being suitable. My order arrived really promptly and they made the returns process really easy and straight for me. Would definitely purchase from Chisholm Hunter again.

My partner and I visited the Aberdeen branch a few weeks back to look at diamond earrings for my birthday. The staff were so helpful and extremely interested in helping allowing us a very relaxed shopping experience whilst I choose the pair I am so happy to own. A member of staff kindly offered to clean my engagement ring whilst we were in the shop I didn’t realise how dull it had become due to constant hand washing and antibacterial gels. We came out of the shop extremely happy with our purchase and my now shining again ring. I love my earrings and was very happy to wear them for my birthday weekend last week. We will definitely return to the shop and highly recommend to others. Well done Rhona and staff.

Quick delivery of good quality watch for my daughter. The team in the Leeds branch were extremely helpful and friendly when I popped in to get the watch resized. They even took the time to offer me a glass of fizz which I drank whilst chatting to the lovely chap. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Very little online information about the refunds. The return page to fill in to be sent to return office. And they only tell you to fill in the same thing + give you finally the address to send the return. I wouldn't recommend ordering online to much husstle

Hi Kingston Firstly I feel that there should be a sixth box to categorise your customer care rating as Outstanding! It is many years since I experienced Attention to Detail, Care ,Understanding, and Patience especially as I was beginning to loose the will to live; following numerous calls to the watch manufacturer in Geneva, whose dilitary approach to the returning of calls and mails was behond belief. By chance I came across yourselves whose persistence was magic, resulting in my requirements being achieved. The total time from my starting in Geneva was ten months. I ordered a pair of pearl and diamond drop earrings. They arrived in good time , a little later than thought due to bank holiday weekend. They are exactly as the photo so very delighted and have worn them many times also easy to put on and wear.
