The Pocket watch I purchased was to provide a reminder of my father and grandfather who have both passed. It is just what I was looking for, excellent value , received and delivered as stated. I had limited funds as I am disabled and Chisholm Hunter allowed me to achieve my wish to have a special item of remembrance, so thank you.

I bought a pair of items from Chisolm Hunter online for a total of over £300. Only one item was delivered, despite the dispatch note clearing stating both has been issued and the parcel clearly being labelled 1 of 1 when it arrived. In short, it was absolutely clear that Chisolm Hunter had got my order wrong. I spent over half an hour on hold to customer services querying where the second half of my order was. When I finally got an answer, it was clear there was no apology or recognition that if I hadn't chased up my order, the second half likely would never have been sent. Indeed the rep initially tried to fob me of by saying it was being dispatched separately, before checking and realising that it hasn't actually been sent at all. To her credit, she subsequently checked and got the item dispatched as soon as she realised there had been a mistake. But for the amount of money spent it was extremely poor customer service and I certainly will not be purchasing online from Chisolm Hunter again.

Was disappointed with the Thomas Sabo charm as it was advertised as January birthstone and as that is my birthday I know it to be a garnet. While not expecting a garnet I did expect the charm to be more red than orange.

The selection and delivery was straight forward. I had seen the item I store, I may well have bought had the salesperson said that she would also give the 20% additional discount ( offered to my wife at a store in the Gyle Edinburgh) and the IFC. It became a very attractive proposition with these additional incentives to buy. Product and on-line service great,

i bought a white gold pendant for a birthday present. Original price £195 reduced to £99 What a bargain !!! Oh no. When I opened the box the pendant would not hang flat. It kept falling to one side. I rang customer services who offered a refund. Very Fair. However, I feel as if this should have been noticed before dispatch. My gift entailed my relative having to go into Nottingham to either get a refund or an exchange. Please take more care in dispatch. It would have saved a lot of inconvenience to the customer.

In short this business takes orders for stock they don’t have. Lie to you constantly and frankly have no customer service skills. Deal with this business at a risk I will never have dealings with them again, an appalling company of untrustworthy people.
