“Outstanding service!! I purchased a watch for my daughter’s 21st birthday, and as it was about to be dispatched, it was brought to the attention of a manager, that the box was damaged, who subsequently contacted me to inform me of the delay in obtaining a new one from the manufacturer. I felt fully informed, and the watch was delivered in time for my daughters special day. I felt this was fab customer service! I will definitely buy from here again.”

“the Website made the Curb Chain necklace ordered look much bigger in the size of the links so was disappointed in seeing it when it arrived The delivery arrived quickly and well packaged and on phoning to ask for info requesting a refund the lady was very helpful and I did receive a very fast notification of receipt of my return and notification of a-refund ,so good and ,satisfactory service.”

“I CANNOT fault the service at the shop, it was the online delivery that was very poor. Order placed approximately 3 weeks before Christmas for my grandchildren. I ordered 2 identical items online and only one was received to the shop. When the items were re-ordered via the shop, the items received the second time were of different sizes. This required 2 visits to the shop and we live approximately 20 miles from the shop. The problem was only resolved on Christmas Eve. The saving grace was the courtesy and professionalism of the staff in the Chester branch who were left to sort this out. Full praise to them as they went out of their way to make sure I received the items for Christmas.”

“Watch was an absolute bargain at £1000 for a £1600 watch but after a week I still had not received it neither had I had an email to advise on what was happening. Reading other reviews made me wonder if it was too good to be true so I phoned customer service to ask what was happening. Watch was about to be posted I was told. 3 days later no watch and no card from post office, so i tracked the package and was told the watch had to be picked up at the PO. Off I went to collect it using the tracker receipt , to find it had been collected already that morning . Not by me. Long story short wrong post code put on package. Lucky the invoice was inside and an honest person called me to say she had my watch. Otherwise I would have been out of pocket £1000 and a lengthy process to get my money back. Otherwise a bargain of a watch which was back on sale for £1600 the next week.”
